I had a wonderful experience working with Assisted Living Locators Rochester Hills, especially Sophan. Trying to find the right living arrangement for a loved one can be overwhelming, but Sophan made the process so much easier. From the beginning, she was patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about finding the right placement for my mother. She took the time to understand our needs, answered my questions, provided helpful options and resources, and guided me through a process that I honestly didn't know how to navigate on my own. What a godsend during a crisis. When insurance suddenly kicked my dad out of rehab on short notice, we had 48 hours to find placement. I was completely overwhelmed and felt hopeless about our options. Then the team at Assisted Living Locators stepped in. Not only did they work with us on a *weekend*, but they went above and beyond to find the right facility for my dad. They treated this like an emergency (because it was), understood the weight of what we were facing, and didn't just hand us a list—they genuinely advocated for my family. If you're in a time crunch or facing an impossible deadline for senior care placement, these women are exactly who you need. They're professional, compassionate, and they deliver. For one of life’s biggest decisions with moving an elderly parent, Sophan is the right person to have as your support.  Her kind, thoughtful approach goes a long way toward easing the transition and answering the hard questions, supporting both the family and the loved one who’s moving. We needed to find a place for my elderly mother and two brothers with special needs to live. We live out of state and had no familiarity with the Michigan housing market at all. Sofan is one of the best people I've ever met! She almost literally held my hand through the process of looking for an AFC for my mom, helped connect me with other resources that I needed, and treated me with matchless kindness the entire time. After discussing options, she actually recommended that we bring mom home, even though that meant that she didn't receive payment for her effort.  You can't buy that level of care and integrity.
